Project Details:
Restoration and refurbishment for the delivery of the Arts Council England funded dance venue, 300 seat auditorium / theatre, Children’s theatre and community rehearsal space.
The restoration and refurbishment of the existing music venue had to be completed within a limited period and to a standard required for modern venues whilst not losing the intrinsic style and value of the existing venue. The new build theatre/drama spaces were built within a landlocked site with limited access.
The focus on the development was to provide new and improved facilities whilst not alienating or losing any of the existing clientele.
