Project Details:

The restoration and refurbishment of a Grade I listed building and the creation within the existing Corn Exchange space of a demountable 400 seat theatre/auditorium capable of being transformed into a 1200 person standing venue.

The works had to be completed without fixing to any part of the above ground structure and was complicated by the need to provide the flat floor venue. The use of totally demountable and removable structures for the theatre allowed this to be achieved.
